MINING- PRICING STRUCTURE

IFS pricing is designed to align with measurable operational improvement rather than speculative adoption.

The pilot structure allows operators to evaluate the IFS methodology under real-world operating conditions with no upfront licensing obligation. If the pilot flow stream achieves the agreed performance threshold, deployment can continue under the IFS active flow stream licensing structure. If the threshold is not achieved, no pilot fee becomes due.

IFS licenses attach to individual operational flow streams rather than entire sites or facilities, allowing organizations to deploy the methodology where it provides the greatest operational value while maintaining consistent access to the system, deployment methodology, and operational support framework.

New flow stream deployment packages are available to support operational mapping, constraint identification, process analysis, and site-specific deployment manual generation. Future platform versions will also include optional self-tuning capabilities for organizations wishing to manage larger operational environments internally.

All operational, geological, production, processing, maintenance, and related operational data remain the property of the operator. IFS utilizes a detached operational support model based on controlled data submissions rather than persistent infrastructure integration, ensuring operators maintain full control of their primary operational environments.

Performance improvement may be measured through increased throughput, improved recovery, reduced downtime, increased utilization, reduced operational losses, or other mutually agreed operational performance indicators established prior to deployment.

Additional terms regarding licensing, reporting, auditing, confidentiality, data handling, and participating flow stream identification are governed by the applicable IFS Terms and Conditions.
